Chef Konstantinos embarked on his culinary journey by earning diplomas in pastry making and cooking from the prestigious CHEF D'OEUVRE chef school in Athens. His dedication to culinary excellence led him to enter the yachting industry in 2015, where his passion for creating exquisite dishes has flourished ever since. Before his maritime adventure, Konstantinos honed his skills in high-end restaurants and hotels, gaining valuable experience. His commitment to culinary diversity is evident through his attendance at seminars focused on Japanese, French, Italian, and Greek cuisine. Beyond the kitchen, Konstantinos finds joy in listening to music, traveling, watching films, and staying active through running—a well-rounded chef with a zest for life and, of course, the art of cooking.
