CHEF – Alexandros Stavropoulos
Alexandros was born in 1982 in Athens and he is a Greek national. He has graduated from the culinary academy “Le Monde” and has begun his career in 2005.
Since then he has offered his services in fve-star hotels and fne dining restaurants in Greece and Austria.He has been in the yachting industry for over 10 years.
Alexandros specializes in both Mediterranean & International cuisines.
He has attended various seminars in order to keep his professional skills up to date with the latest culinary knowledge and technics.
He is very passionate about his cuisine, eager to tailor make his guests’ menus and keen to present them with gastronomic extravagances or simple, heavenly tastes.
He has skills in multitasking, teamwork, organization and menu building etc.
Alexandros is communicative with a great sense of humor and a friendly personality.
He speaks English and French, he loves swimming and speedboats.
